Please give us a 48 hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give us a heads up, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you “no show” for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.
